Leadership

Meet the people behind the standard.

Crown is led by someone who has done the work. Every service we offer today, our president has performed himself, and that hands-on experience shapes how our crews are trained and how every property is cared for.

President and CEO

Brent Shears.

Brent didn't learn this industry from a corner office. He learned it on the job, performing every service Crown offers today with his own two hands.

Since 1998, Brent has worked every corner of facility services: janitorial, carpet cleaning, hard floor care, power washing, window cleaning, handyman repairs and everything in between. That ground-level experience is the foundation Crown is built on. It's why our crews are trained the way they are, and why Brent can walk any property and know exactly what it needs.

In 2018, Brent graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, bringing a sharper strategic edge to Crown's growth. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Brent and the Crown team stayed on the front lines keeping communities and workplaces clean and safe, and were featured on numerous news broadcasts for their work.

Under his leadership, Crown earned a place on the Inc. 500, Inc. magazine's list of the top 500 fastest-growing private companies in America. Through it all, Brent leads the same way he started: with honor and respect for every member of his team, because the people doing the work are what make Crown who it is today.

Diana Hoff

Client Relations Manager

With Crown since 2018Certified Paralegal

Diana has been a key part of Crown since 2018. She brings a background that blends corporate operations, legal precision, and financial management. She began her career in 1999 with The Irvine Company, where she learned how large organizations are structured and run.
